It sponsors and disseminates scientific research into the nature of peaceful human interactions, connecting researchers and practitioners who are interested in helping people get along across differences. Because the Center is dedicated to building connections with the community beyond UC Berkeley, it sponsors public symposia and lectures to encourage dialogue about the importance of promoting peaceful relationships in classrooms, families, and our communities at large.
